The article explains the health benefits of the nutiva hemp seed oil and shares a few instructions about its mains uses.

We make our Nutiva brand Organic Hemp Seed Oil (or "Hemp Oil") with the most readily absorbable nutrition and best-tasting flavor in mind.
All of Nutiva's Organic Hemp Seed Oil is quality-controlled and made in small batches. We also use dark bottles, which are nitrogen flushed for purity, quality and deliver a superior flavor. The dark bottles also keep the harmful light out, which can corrupt the delicate nutrition profile of our hemp seed oil.
Using only the finest hemp seeds, Nutiva's totally raw and unrefined, expeller cold-pressed hemp seed oil has a light green color, light, nutty flavor, and has more GLA (gamma lineolic acid) content compared to other hemp seed oil brands on the market. We partner with the strictest Canadian hemp growers to source all of Nutiva's certified organic hemp seeds.
Nutrition
Hemp seed health starts with how the plants are grown, and continues with the way its processed. At Nutiva, we always cold press (under 104°F) our hemp seed oil from fresh, raw hemp seeds and we never use solvents such as hexane in the process.
There are many nutritional benefits found in the superfood, hemp seeds, (some people like to call them "hemp hearts"). Nutiva's Hemp Seed Oil is a rich source of vitamin E as well as the perfect balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids (EFAs). The typical hemp seed oil EFA profile contains 7 grams of Omega-6 LA, 2.5 grams Omega-3 ALA, .5 grams of Omega-6 GLA and .25 grams Omega-3 SDA.
The essential fatty acids in hemp seed oil are essential because we must get them through our diet—the human body cannot produce them. So many Americans do not get enough balanced EFAs in their food.
Essential fatty acids support a healthy brain as well as heart function, improve connective tissue elasticity, and may be connected to preventing other more serious diseases.
The types of fatty acids found in hemp seed oil include:
*Linoleic acid (LA): Unsaturated Omega-6 fatty acid vital for healthy hair and skin and proper wound healing.
*Alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA): Polyunsatured Omega-3 fatty acid that has been linked to proper cardiovascular function, and may be useful on diminishing some cancer growth, according to research studies.
*Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA): Omega-6 fatty acid with anti-inflammatory benefits linked to reducing symptoms associated with arthritis, eczema and other skin irritations.
* Stearidonic Acid (SDA): Omega-3 fatty acid that aids skin, joints and tissue growth and health.
Uses
There are many ways to use Nutiva's Organic Hemp Seed Oil in improving your intake of essential fatty acids.
Our oil has a very clean and pure taste that's a little bit nutty. Hemp seed oil is very fragile and should never be put to heat. So do not use to sauté, fry, bake or roast any foods.
Of course, you can always eat hemp seed oil by the spoonful, straight out of the bottle for a quick energy burst. And without cooking hemp seed oil, there are many tasty culinary uses for it:
*Mix into yogurt, smoothies, hot cereals
*Add to your favorite salad dressing recipes instead of olive oil
*Drizzle onto cooked foods such as stir-fries, steamed vegetables and grains and other entrees
Storage
Keep Nutiva's Hemp Seed Oil refrigerated and airtight. Use within 8-12 weeks of opening.
