He did not deliberately to explain his behavior, but actually I knew the meaning of his attitude. In fact, no matter whether these beggar to cheat or not or they have no ability to afford to their family. It doesn't matter now. When some bad things happened, we just blamed to each other. We need to think over how to improve the moral society.
