As a company manager, I used plenty of service management software. And I think iKode service desk is one of the best service management software which I once used. When I first operate this software, I find it easy to use. I don't have any professional skills, and i can operate this software expertly. The user interface is simple with the front-end and the back-end. It makes clearly for users to let them know what they can do and how they can do it. The front-end is for customers. They can submit any problem they just encountered. Leaving their names and emails to the service providers for more information of the service or products. Then the companies will manage the requests of customers and solve the problem for customers. The back-end is for the IT employees. They can get the customers information in the back-end and provide customers with technical supports.

One of the most amazing features of iKode service desk is the customers self-service system. Once the requests of customers submitted, the software can classify those requests and distribute to different departments automatically. The customers don't need to wait for a long tome to get a reply from the service providers. The self-service system is designed intelligently and functionally.
