In laboratories and in other testing facilities it is important to monitor the amount of gases present in the air. Efficiency of various implications of gases can be achieved by keeping a check on the amount of gases in the air.

It is important for the system to maintain a highly controlled stable gas levels by continuously measuring the amount of gas present in the air. The user should be notified about the condition by continuous sensing and by some alert system which would bring to notice of high or low levels of gases. Irregularities should be kept in check always for best results in laboratories.
Features of multi gas analysers:
• They are designed for continuous measurement of gases.
• They give a real time monitoring of even multiple gases. A minimum of four gases can be measured at the same time. The number can even extend depending on user needs and environment conditions.
• The response time of these analysers is surprisingly fast. They can detect presence of gases immediately and hence they are fault proof.
• They have an automata system and they have the capability of self automating.
• They are very easy to install and extremely robust in nature.
• They are configured in such a manner that they can be set to notify users of the amount of gas levels which is needed for the environment.
• They have very low maintenance. On buying one, one would not need to bother about replacing it for years to follow.
• They have a very wide dynamic range of measurement. They can be measured in percentage as well as parts per billion.
• They are very accurate at measuring the gases because they are built in such a manner that they do not cross measure gases of different nature and produce wrong results. This means they are insensitive to gas interference or other vibrations.
• Any layman can use it because of its ease of use.
Technical Specifications:
• They can measure gases such as Nitrogen Dioxide, Sulphur Dioxide, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Oxide, Water, Methane, Ammonia Gas, Butane, Hydrogen Sulphide, Hydrogen Peroxide and many more.
• They have two options of sensing namely Low Sensitivity and High Sensitivity.
• The low sensitivity is usually 0-50% in range or 0-500 parts per million.
• The high sensitivity is 0-1% in range and 0-200 parts per million.
• A laser analyser is used for detection of absorption and scanning.
• They have an error factor of less than 2%.
• An Ethernet interface is provided for keeping track of it through computers.
There are three types of output options and the user can simultaneously use them too.
