Apart from physical and infrastructural facilities, offer them with respect and admiration. Treat your staff with goodies for doing some good deed or for performing extraordinarily. Let your staff vote for the person of their choice for pageants like “Employee of the Month” or “A Great Deed” and count the votes in presence of the entire staff. Treat the winner with a cash reward or gifts like two tickets for a movie at a Multiplex as well as reward certificate.
