Hyundai Motors India Ltd (HMIL) is the fully owned subsidiary of the Korean car major Hyundai Motor Company. As in many European markets, Hyundai manufactures and sells a wide range of car models in Indian market. It has been observed that the engineers at Hyundai India work really hard to provide what their customers demand, be it features, mileage, space, style etc. They remain successful all the time due to this dedication, which in turn keeps the customers surprised.
Hyundai EON, the latest offering from Hyundai's stable seems to be creating quite a ripple in the car market pool in India. Sources associated with the car revealed some amazing features of the new car. It seems as if Hyundai India has already given a bold reply to its critics who we doubting the response from the customers. Even before the car market could get a glimpse of Hyundai EON, speculations are high that its rival car brand Maruti Alto is already feeling the jerk. As per the market sources, should be in the range of Rs 2.5 Lakhs to Rs 2.7 Lakhs which should attract more buyers who could not afford earlier cars in the segment. Moreover, the features offered in the new Hyundai EON are making news everywhere.
Hyundai EON pictures suggests that the car has a curvy exterior design which is inspired by Hyundai’s Fluidic design strategy. Hyundai EON review done by experts say that interiors of Hyundai EON is much better than the one offered by its rival car brand Maruti Alto. Hyundai EON provides more miles per litre of fuel as compared with Maruti Alto, which is 21.1 kmpl on fuel economy as per ARAI. Hyundai EON is fitted with a powerful 814 cc three cylinder petrol engine which produces a massive 55 Bhp of maximum power and also 76.5 Nm of torque which as per the industry sources is significantly much higher than its rival by 15% approximately.
Hyundai EON features an on dashboard 2 DIN Audio system with AUX and USB support, a MT Shift indicator and 3 spoke steering wheel with tilt adjustment facility. The car is said to have 2 tone shades with enough boot space. Hyundai through its extensive marketing has managed to expand its reach in smaller towns with its stand alone dealership that is proposed to sell its entry level cars like the EON and Santro Xing. Hyundai has been keeping the factors of reliability, high fuel economy, affordability and design in mind while targeting the customers. We will need to wait until October 13th when the car would be revealed.
