The article describes the process of making a rifle silencer.

Without the addition of a rifle silencer, a hunter or any other type of shooter can suffer serious damage to his ears after long exposure to the sound of the gun. By installing a silencer on your gun, it will suppress the loud and damaging noise of the rifle or other types of guns. Although they are known as silencer, the sound may be suppressed but never silenced completely. The process of making your own silencer is very easy and highly recommended as not only you will not damage your ears, but at the same time you will manage to save money instead of going and purchasing one. Make sure that you check the local laws that might concern rifle silencers. In the following we will give you detailed instruction regarding how to make your own rifle silencer.
The first thing you must do is to drill the heat rod with ¼-inch bullet-size holes from each end and make sure that you have a ¼-inch gap between them. After that, attach a 1 ¼-inch wood donut at both of the ends with epoxy and wrap the entire rod by using aluminum screen.
Your next job will be to hammer that rod firmly into the PVC pipe. You must place the steel plug inside the tube with the rounded end facing outward. After that, you must install the adapter and later insert the stabilizer rounds. Make sure that the barrel will seat securely in the adapter and at the same time, the donuts must be snug inside the barrel. This adapter is a device that must connect the rifle to the silencer. Between each stage you must install a separator disc.
Step number three would be to drill small-sized holes in the pipe’s sides which will house small screws that will hold the donuts as well as the adapter in place. Remember to drill the holes through the pipe and right into the adapter’s middle. After doing so, get a smaller PVC pipe and insert it into the top of the larger one and try pushing the heat disbursement rod towards the separator disc that is located near the adapter.
You now must insert into the top of the tube a wood washer and after that, a plastic disc. Repeat this procedure until you have 16 washers and 15 discs. Now, you must end with a disc and on top you should place a green separator. After doing so, insert another two rubber discs as well as a tall wood washer and then an additional number of two rubber discs plus a wood washer. Now, place the last separator and after that, insert a 1/2-inch large rubber cylinder. You must now place that second steel plug with the rounded side facing up. Look very carefully as every single part you have inserted into the tube must have a hole right in the center the size of the bullet.
Your last step would be to check thoroughly to see if the silencer is lined up with the barrel, prior to using it. In order to make sure that it goes all the way through, you should insert a wooden dowel through the hole.
All things considered, the process of making a rifle silencer is not only easy, but also affordable. With the addition of such a product, you will take greater care of your health, especially your ears which will not be affected by the powerful sound made by your gun.
