1. Multistatic Series 700 Supreme:
It features an integrated 100KV built-in electrostatic high voltage generator for enhanced transfer efficiency and reduced wastage. A most easily maneuverable, well balanced and efficient powder gun constructed from wear-resistant material, specially rounded to prevent impact fusion and thus provide a smooth uninterrupted flow.
Infiniti Corona Gun guarantees 100 KV at Gun Tip for the entire life of the gun, thus maintaining the continuity of best result throughout its life. The use of Multistatic Series has stepped up the powder coating speed by 20% as compared with others. The entire range of nozzles provided with the system assures prefect powder coating even in deep or remote areas which are difficult to coat. This maintains the highest transfer efficiency. Patented Infiniti™ technology (US Patent No. 5678770) protects your powder coating gun against any failure. There is no breakdown & no expensive repairs. All you need is to replace the barrel in the event of power failure. Complete control in your hands with Smart Tracker diagnosis system. This locates any problem instantly and the problem can be rectified by you. This minimizes the downtime and external dependency. The system is approved as per the new European ATEX regulations.
2. Multistatic Series – Dipstick Model:
A unique powder coating gun with patented NEW Dipstick™ delivers color changes in 15 seconds specially designed for multi-color operations.
The Dipstick™ is a powerful vibrating pump. Just insert the one piece Dipstick™ into any powder box and spray. It uses a self – cleaning powder pump because of which powder is completely flushed away with the press of a button without leaving behind any traces of previous color. This helps in maintaining easy & fast color change efficiently.

Mitsuba has specially designed Multistatic Series 700 – Twin powder spray gun for online powder coating plants to coat from two guns from one control panel.
The Twin System does not have the Smart Tracker performance monitor. You can have individual control for powder for two guns, but you can have one common setting of KV for both the guns. In Twin System two guns operate on one control panel. Where as, in the Dual System, two individual panels are housed within one rack. Dual system will have two panels for two individual guns. Both the models will have one common hopper for powder feeding and one trolley for panel mountings.
4. Multistatic Series – Tribo Model:
A new positive powder charging technique without high tension generators:
It is a self exciting ion generator that charges individual powder particles without generating field lines or ionizing air. Faraday cage is eliminated, resulting in perfect finishes even on the most complex shapes.
