Most people love to eat lobsters but find it impossible to buy them because of their high prices. For them it will be better if they opt to buy the lobster tails. By doing this they can get enough lobster meat and also at the same time it will not burn a big hole in their pocket.

Grilling is the best way to savor lobster tails. First of all you need to defrost the tails. This will take some time. Meanwhile you can prepare a white sauce by adding minced garlic and fresh lemon juice to warm, melting butter. Next you need to cut the tails lengthwise into halves. During the whole procedure, the shell must remain intact. Apply the sauce onto the lobster flesh and place the tails on to the barbeque grills. Cook for at least fifteen minutes while you keep on adding the sauce to the tails.

Another great way to enjoy the tails of the lobster is to broil them. For this you need to make an incision in the shell and then peel a portion of the shell to reveal the lobster meat. Next you need to prepare a marinade made of butter, pepper, salt, lemon juice and garlic paste. Now dip the tail into this marinade and place them in oven for five to ten minutes. What you will get is a crispy and yummy lobster tail. So now that you are equipped with two recipes you can now enjoy your lobster tails.
