To apply for this airline certification, an application needs to be submitted at least 30 days before starting the operation. The applications should be addressed to the Flight Standards District Office. If any military airbase is going o be used during operation, then a separate application needs to be submitted to the military headquarters of Washington.
In the United States, we have both domestic air carriers and foreign air carriers (commonly known as part 129 air carriers). It is quite obvious that the norms of operation for these carriers wouldn’t be the same as the domestic Carriers.
