According to an independent survey obesity is affecting more than 300 million people across the globe and there is another

700 million people harshly overweight. Obesity may be cause of several diseases like high blood pressure and stress

problems are main that may affect their overall health so in order to live healthy life it is better to keep yourself away

from obesity and other health difficulties like stress problems.

The obese people have gained so much fat in their body that it may have a negative effect on their body, mind and health as

well. Anyone’s body is at least 20% higher than normal then it is considered that person is obese. So if you have gained

more than 20% of normal weight of your body then there is an alarming for you and you are advised to lose weight as soon as

possible that will be helpful to your future.

What damages can do obesity?

You obesity has created lots of stress for you and want to get out from it, then do not worry because I am going to inform

can reduce your weight quickly. And even if you are actually indolent, you can just slim and trim quickly if you act

If you are thinking that obesity is just extra fat on your body and it has nothing to do with your health, then you are

mistaking because it may put your health at a great risk if you have not taken necessary precaution before it damages your

health. Some doctors and health experts think that obesity and stress go hand in hand with one another. However, obesity is

not alone a problem but it is result of problem that your body is encountering. Obesity may create problem for you such as

stress, boredom, pressure, poor self image, tense lifestyle and so on.

Apart from these, obesity may also cause blood pressure (hypertension). Most of hypertension people are obese adults.

According to the “Norwegian study” the weight gain tendency of increasing blood pressure is more in women as compared to

men. Obese and high BP patients have the probability of heart attack.

How to Avoid

Increase movement of body: However, obesity is serious problem but you can avoid it just by making some changes in your

lifestyle. Since, we are living in high-tech world where everything running either automatically or through remote control

as result the movement of body of people has decreased in a great extends so you should keep you body movement so that your

calories can burn.

Give farewell to junk food: In a study, it is found that many people including children are living on junk food and they

are avoiding common grain like wheat and vegetable because either they do not have much time for preparing food or want to

maintain social status. So if you are serious about your obesity, it is high time to say good bye to junk food and increase

intake of fruits, liquid, grain and vegetable because these are very important and helpful your body.

Avoid overeating: Overeating is one of the most important responsible factors that may increase weight of body. It is seen

that some people have developed habit of eating while watching TV so do not do that because it may create so many others

problems.

Psychological factor like stress problem is also responsible for obesity so you should keep you mind cool and live life

normal. Many people eat excessively in response to emotions such as boredom, sadness, stress or anger. In order to keep

your life healthy and happy avoids stress problems.
