Though certain brain machinery tends to decline with age, we still have some methods, or some exercise that can practice our brain, to retain our bran to healthier function. So first, let’s take a brief look at the exercises that may be good to our brain.
What can be take to practice our brain?
1.Do some exercises.
Taking suitable exercises will not only helps your heart and lungs, but also might improve your brain. Aerobic walking, riding a bike or using a stationary bike, or swimming—anything that sustains your heart rate at 65 percent of its maximum capacity or greater for up 30 minutes-appears to protect your brain.
2.Having social connections
Having social connections helps protect against the negative impacts of aging. Joining a group, taking a class, or scheduling regular visits and phone calls with friends and family can all help build these social connections.
3.Stimulate your brain and keep your mind active
Take part in the activities of increase the speed and accuracy of how they process auditory and visual information may do good to your brain, may help you be effective at increasing memory, information processing, reasoning, attention, and problem solving skills. Take some training, or even just play some video games.
As we have to eat to live, foods should be a most important part in our daily life. Now let’s see what kinds of food will sharp our minds.
As well as nourishing the brain through proper diet and exercise, it's also important to consider factors that contribute to premature aging and brain deterioration. If properly cared for and given the fuel it needs to keep running smoothly, your brain should serve you well into old age.

3.Get a good night's rest. Sleep is needed to regenerate the body, especially the brain, so it can function optimally.
4.Take some nuts and seeds. One ounce of nuts per day, for monounsaturated fats that stabilize serotonin and boost your mood One ounce of real chocolate, to increase dopamine and just make you feel better
5. Lightly caffeinated teas. A little caffeine first thing in the morning can help stimulate mental activity and clear thinking. White and green teas—particularly matcha, which is a powdered green tea—are high in polyphenols, which can boost brain power and antioxidants that counteract the effects of oxidative damage to the brain in researchers studies.
It's important to find ways you can switch off and tune in to your inner calm place, such as meditating, listening to calming music, walking in nature, gardening or lying on a beach and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
And I really find that when my brain is calm and stay in peace, I can access my intuition and inner wisdom, and get more creativity for my work and my life. That’s why I really like to stay in my studio.
