Follow up in right way:
Employer's prefer those candidates who follow up after interview. But you should follow up in right way and manner. Don't call the employer every day about the status. If you do so you are surely annoying the employer. Send a thank you letter after interview. Thank you everyone who interviewed you and helped or assisted your. If you don't get the call in 2 weeks then assume that you are out of consideration.
