Most people realize the importance and everyone loves to get in shape. But then, are either not able to find time to exercise or start and stop in the middle as they get bored. Laziness is the biggest reason of them all and is our biggest enemy. You can eat all the way leaving nothing that we are within our own body. Always hammer until the last nail in the coffin.
"Better late than never" is the right saying. It is time that we realize the importance of achieving fitness. We must work hard, but nothing in this world comes without a price.
