A recent article in the New York Times points out that more and more couples choose to sleep in two rooms. A study show that nearly 27% of 2430 people are prefer to sleep in different room than in the same place. This got us thinking: is it healthy trend? I mean, of course ,occasionally we think we’d get a better sleep with a wall or two between us and our snoring, TV-watching, sheet-hogging sheet-hogging sig O. But would our relationship change?
I know I sleep better when I’m with him. We both sleep more soundly and comfortable that knowing he’s here. And when he gets up earlier to go to work in the morning than me, I like the first kiss and hung I get. I would never consider getting separate rooms.
"Sleeping apart can contribute to the disconnect that plagues many relationships," Tina says. "It just makes it easier to avoid each other, when what's really needed is connection and contact. There are solutions to snoring and restlessness -- a memory foam mattress will stop restlessness from being felt by a partner and snoring can be helped in a number of ways."
“Cuddling up together and talking quietly is a great perk of married life," says Tina. "Couples who know how to do that, and do it regularly, fare better than couples who don't."Try to solve whatever sleep incompatibility issues exist between you and your partner before fleeing for the guest room.
A good relationship is about communication, trust and share the same goals. Couples are busy with themselves work and have no time to know each other in the daytime. After work, maybe some of them are continue to working, some to choose to stay with friends, some are going to bar to have fun. If they sleep in separate rooms, how to communicate and how to maintain their relationship?
“Sleeping together can sleep soundly and safety,”a researcher say that. Spouses can give you each other a sense of security, sleep soundly and comfortable. You feel relax and won’t worry about him or her: what’s he or she thinking? Don’t we divorce? How can I change this bad situation? Your nerves always stretched tightly, which is do bad for your health.
“I love sleeping with my husband. I have a funky weekend work schedule so I enjoy the weekdays when we get to go to bed together and just relax together. Plus I love my goodnight kiss every night. Even when I do get home at funky times on the weekend there is always a quick kiss before sleep” one happy lady said that.
Sleeping is a good way to relax their body, their mind after a busy day, the cell need a hung or a kiss to feel love. And I am sure they have thoughts or ideas concern about the family, kids, the older people to exchange both opinions. And of course, both of them sometimes in a bad mood, they need spouse’s comfort and encouragement, even a joke is ok. Modern people bear a lot of pressure from society and life, they just need a kiss or a positive eye contact,if ok, sexuality is better.
