If people judge you by what you wear, then let your timepiece tell the world you’re invincible. Consider Invicta watches – Latin for invincible. These watches combine famed Swiss timekeeping with cutting-edge, signature styling for men and women.
The Invicta Watch Group was begun by the Picard family of Switzerland in 1873. The company remained in the family until 1991, when it was sold to a Florida-based watch company. The face of today’s company is CEO Eyal Lalo, a third-generation watchmaker. Today, Invicta manufactures its watches all around the world, including Switzerland, Japan and the United
States for its “Made in the USA” collection.
Men and women are sure to find a signature look in an Invicta watch. Going for a dressy look? Consider the Invicta Reserve Men's Excursion Touring Edition Swiss quartz stainless steel watch. It’s available in a number of bracelet-dial combinations such as gold-tone and blue, silver-tone and green, gold-tone and champagne and silver-tone and yellow.
This handsome timepiece features a round stainless steel case that sports a unidirectional rotating bezel. This bezel itself has a stepped design. You’ll notice the sunray dial has a tachymeter scale around the outer rim.
The dial has a 1/10 second counter near the 2:00, a second counter at 6:00 and a minute counter by 10:00. It is powered by a Swiss ETA G10.211 quartz chronograph movement. The bracelet boasts a satin-finished outer link styling, with polished center links. You’ll find the gold-tone features18K gold plating.
For a sporty yet sophisticated look, try Invicta Men’s I Force Swiss quartz chronograph XL leather strap watch. It comes in either a black or blue strap. The round, stainless steel case comes with 18K gold plating. On the dial, you’ll find both stick index markers and Arabic numerals, with subdials at 2:00, 6:00 and 10:00. Check the date between 4:00 and 5:00. Strapping the watch in place is a large 10-inch leather band; the buckle of which is etched with the Invicta logo. This Force timepiece is water resistant to 330 feet.
Invicta pushes the envelope in men’s watch styling, as witnessed by the Subaqua Noma III quartz chronograph stainless steel watch, available in a combination of colors: black on black, rose-tone on silver-tone and black on silver-tone bracelet. This stylized timepiece is made of surgical grade stainless steel and hand-built links.
The gorgeous dial is protected by a sapphire scratch-resistant crystal that shows off raised polished Arabic numerals, a date window and subdials. You’ll find the hour markers done in luminous Tritnite so you can catch the time day or night. Its movement is Swiss Ronda 5050E quartz chronograph and it is water resistance to 1,650 feet.
Invicta watches are not just for men, as evidenced by the women’s Baby Lupah limited edition watch that comes complete with five leather straps. This watch marks the first time Invicta has released this collection of metallic straps. In fact, it’s been two years since the watchmaker even offered a metallic strap with this collection. It comes in a choice of gold-tone or silver-toned dial.
The straps that come with this set are pewter, seafoam green, gold-tone, silver-tone and pink. This sweet collection ensures you can find a strap to match all outfits. You can quickly switch out bands thanks to the quick-change pins.
The watch case – available in either gold-tone or silver-tone – features the patented Lupah design with its rounded rectangular case and domed crystal. The watch crystal magnifies the watch face as well as the dial – made of mother-of-pearl.
You’ll love the readability of the polished Arabic numerals, as well as the Tritnite luminous filling used on the hour and minute hands. This fabulous five-in-one collection is powered by a Swiss ISA 638 quartz movement. It is water resistance to 100 feet.
Women can also luxuriate in the Invicta Reserve Women’s Russian Diver Akula Swiss quartz watch with its brown or black leather strap. Invicta’s Russian Diver collection was originally manufactured to honor the 1959 watch commissioned by the Russian Naval Fleet. It is oversized with a signature crown cap and surgical stainless steel or titanium construction. Watches that are part of this line are Invicta’s largest timepieces.
The case is made of stainless steel and finished in a silver-tone. Its Flame Fusion crystal has three layers of an anti-reflective mineral coating. A close look at the dial shows chronograph subdials at 2:00, 6:00 and 10:00 – and the date window near 4:00. This striking timepiece is powered by a Swiss 251.272 quartz chronograph movement. It is water resistant to 330 feet and comes with a five-year limited warranty.
If you are going to be judged by what you wear, then by all means wear the best. For timepieces, that means choosing from the many collections offered by Invicta.
