Asian and especially Indian wedding mandap decoration requires really classic arrangements and planning to make the wedding the grand success. The standing four pillars of mandap is also a sign of four parents of couple who stand with them for all their good and bad time.

Décor for any Asian wedding events have some traditions like decorating entire venue with the color combinations of red and golden or red and silver. It also has the special touch of marigold flower at center stage and the entrance of the venue. However, nowadays people prefer to décor the venue according to the specially chosen theme and with the royal color combination of white and red. Also the traditional colors of red, silver and yellow is well replaced by colors like blue, violet, maroon and white. And traditionally used flowers like rose and marigold are well accompanied by other flowers like carnations, lilies, orchids and baby roses.

Marquee hire is also the modern way for arranging marriage in an open space. It gives more space and many more options for decorating venue with the help of beautiful lightings, diyas, candles and lanterns; especially for the evening or late night functions. The modern day wedding mandap décor also includes the LED lightings and colorful knitted drapes made up from silk and jute. Specially designed theme wedding like theme based on peacock feather or on any individual flower is also common to see nowadays.
