At the time of interview, the HR always keeps in mind that it offers the Job to the most efficient candidate, so that best of the future results can be gained by the organisation. It is very important for an organisation to have finest of the employees, who add to the productivity of the organisation. Enabling the candidates to enhance their productivity is the duty of the organisation itself. It obviously lies in the hands of the company to choose the most skilled workforce, but at the same time, it is also the responsibility of the organisation itself to train its employees according to the latest advancements of the industry. The Jobs in India are given to the candidates on the basis of their calibre and the talent they possess with respect to the vacant job position. The candidates are made to work harder each day and give best outputs, so that to sustain in the job for longer.
The companies in India take every possible step, to increase the efficiency of the employees and to ensure that they are performing their tasks well. Few of the steps, which the organisations are required to make to enhance the efficiency of their employees, are:
1.) Work satisfaction: If the employees of an organisation are happy with the job they are doing, then they would do it with full concentration. Contentment is the most important thing, which inspires a person to do better and put his best foot forward. The organisation is very much responsible to help its employees achieve this factor of contentment. It has to see that every employee is happy with the job he is doing and is having no difficulty in working according to the set patterns of the company.
2.) Motivation for work: Perks, performance based gifts, promotion, are few of the factors, which motivate an employee to perform better and contribute towards the growth of the company. The companies in India do have such policies, but the number of such organisations is very less, because of which the candidates do not get motivated to perform better. Though, few companies are implementing the change and trying to work according to the better policies, so that the employees feel secured and are inspired to give improved results.
3.) Competitive atmosphere: positive competition at work is very healthy for the growth of the organisation. The competition in the job market has increased so much that every candidate has to rub his knees to grab a job of his calibre and choice. Thousands of candidates apply for jobs every day, but only the ones who are able to beat the competition, can clear through the interview and get the job.
4.) Polishing the intellect of the employees: The job providers, i.e., the employers are required to polish the working skills of their employees. To gain profits out of the employees, it is must for the employers to invest in them. The companies in India today are organising seminars and conferences for its employees to polish their skills and to make them proficient enough to competition of the outer world.
All these steps, not only helps a company to grow well, but also enables an employee to learn the latest developments made in their respective industries. Therefore, to produce profitable results for the organisation is not only the job of the employees, but the employer and the organisation as a whole plays an eminent role in giving right shape to the future of the company.
