1. Run Disk Defragmentation:
Disk defragmentation is one of the most efficient ways to deal with a Slow Computer. All you need to do is not be scared by the description. It means that defragmentation is a way to optimize your hard drive’s working capabilities. You will need to do this for disk defragmentation:
• Go to "My Computer",
• Right-click on the hard drive
• Select “Properties"
• Under the "Tools" tab there should be an option to "Defragment Now".
This will take a little longer but once the entire process is completed, the entire process can speed up the computer substantially.
2. Run A Disk Cleanup:
This is another one of those easy steps. All you need to do is check under the systems options and click on Disk Cleanup. What this does is that it will delete whatever files and cookies it thinks are unnecessary. So, all your recycle bin files and temporary files will be deleted when you run disk cleanup. You should do this quite often so that your computer stays in shape.

3. Manually Clean Temporary Files
Temporary Files can be a huge headache for a computer. These get automatically saved when you are browsing the internet or are using too may programs. So these should be deleted from time to time to clear up the computer and also to make it speedier. Once you clean them, you will be able to see how fast your computer becomes.
Temporary Files can be deleted by using %Temp% command on run and then deleting all the files that you see in the folder.
A slow computer can be a real pain to work with. You will be troubled by the slow interface and you will see that all your other apps also become a lot more sluggish and your internet of course is slow. So, you will need to invest in a good cleaning app to restore speed up your computer.
