In present time internet is a kind of platform on which lots of virtual support is available for students in education stream and online math solver is amongst them. An online math solver is virtually available for students on internet platform provided by various online math tutoring websites for 24 x 7 hrs math support. Every student who seems himself as a math phobic can excel his mathematical and analytical skills with the help of online math solver. An online tutor gives proper attention to the student while communicating with him through online live chat.
Friends today we are going to talk about linear inequalities and solving inequalities with the help of online math solver First let us discuss in brief about linear inequalities, Inequality in any equation means that the equation is restricted by some boundary which is a numerical value on the right side of the equation. This boundary restriction is represented with the help of comparison operators in the linear equation instead of equality sign. The two inequality signs are less than(). Solving inequalities problems is almost similar to solve any linear equation but one important property has to be remember while solving the linear inequalities problems is that you have to flip or change the inequality sign with its opposite whenever the equation is multiplies with negative sign.
If a linear equation is as ( x + 2 = 1) then its corresponding linear inequality function will be represented as ( x + 2 < 1). Now if this equation is multiplied with negative sign then
-( x + 2 -1)
All the basic principles of linear equations are also applied in same manner on linear inequalities but with some additional restriction on them like while doing graphing of any linear inequality problem, the line of that equation is restricted by the Cartesian axes boundary or we can say it will be in a fixed part of frame of reference. But slope of that line is still calculated in a similar manner like that of linear equation line's slope by using standard slope formula which is as:
M = (change in Y points) / (change in X points)
Here 'M” denotes the slope of the line , Change in Y value = y2 – y1 and change is X value is = x2 – x1.
(x1, y1) and ( x2, y2) are the endpoints of the line.
