You can either visit the institute to practice there or you can opt for the home service where the instructor will come to your house so that you can practice the yoga posture from the comforts of your home. The price charged will vary depending on the kind of classes that you are opting for, the number of days, duration and so on. Initially you need to pay for the doctor’s fee, then the admission fee as well as the class fee. Once the admission is done, you will require to pay for the class fees only.
Make sure that the training center is certified and that the instructor is a professional trainer with several years of experience before you go ahead and get enrolled. Generally a female instructor teaches the female students and a male teacher teaches the male students. So there is nothing to worry about.
