It's easy to get to Valencia by car (if you happen to be in Barcelona) or train (if you're traveling from further away). You can also fly to the airport Aeropuerto de Manises, which is quite near to the city center and connects Valencia. Staying in the old town of Valencia named the Barrio del Carmen can be a pleasure. You can make your visit to the Holy Grail which dominates the Plaza de la Virgen. The best thing about Valencia is its Paella. This traditional dish of Spain was discovered in Valencia and traditional Valencian paella includes rabbit, langostines, chicken, seafood and vegetables. The vibrant yellow-orange color is endowed by authentic saffron which is used to color the rice.
You can concide your trip with Las Fallas, the famous Valencia's festival that takes place in March every year and has 100 years history the festival features paper mache replicas of a number of celebrities, potential figures and others.
