Rest well. Work efficiently.
No matter you are a student or a worker, you may ever experience that after you work all day long, you feel tired and want a good rest badly. To some people, to take a good rest is to have a sound sleep. But often after a sleep they still feel much tired and exhausted.

“I have to go to bed earlier.” Some people say this to themselves after work. They look so tired and exhausted that they don’t want to say anything with anybody. But is the sleep is really what they need?

Actually, to have a rest is more than take a sleep. Sleep seems a good way of relaxing for the manual workers, who have worn out after a long day work. To people who uses their brain to work or students study hard day and night, and don’t take too many outdoor activities, what they need is more than sleep. All they need may be only a day out with friends, family or just stay alone.

After a good rest, you may be much more energetic to your work, be much more patient to things you are facing and will face, and you will feel much happier.

1.Don’t try to plan all your free time chasing some schedule.
Some people like to schedule everything, and make everything under control. To live with a perfectly schedule may make some people feel safe, but a too detail schedule for rest will be much dull and put more stress on your free time.

2.Think about trying something new and different for you.
In my previous articles, I used to take about “try an adventurous life”. Well, I don’t mean to teach you to do some dangerous things, but try something adventurous, do something you like and find the true you. Go somewhere you have always wanted to, but you didn't have the chance to do it. It might be for a walk, to visit a city or country, learn a new dance or hang out without any purpose as if you were a teenager.

3.Slow down and think.
It may be a good way of rest for some people. Find your tempo. Slow down, and think about what you care most, and what the things that you like most.

4.Invite friends over to spend some time talking and laughing. Use active rest techniques. Rest is not a passive, slow process but quick and active. Using active rest techniques, like following a memorable meal with a pleasant ramble in a park, can aid far more than your waistline. It also allows you to do something truly powerful, giving the right kind of directions to your body's rest and renewal.

5.Get closer to the nature. Go picnic with your friends or family. Or just stay alone and spend some time staring at the stars and watching cloud formations. Listen to the sounds of nature while hiking or walking on a beach. Listen to soothing music.

6.Alternate physical and mental activities. Tennis, basketball, football, etc are popular sports in summer. After you do the sports, you may feel tired physically, but relaxing very much.

Rest well. Work efficiently.
