2.) Focus: You need to focus on your topic, on which you need to make presentation or speak to people. A number of points and incidents need to be mentioned to add credibility, but they all should be centrally linked to the main topic. If you change the track of your discussion, then the audience will get confused and loose interest. After the collection of the ideas, they should be organised logically.

3.) Put the ideas into a story: Putting a tail in front of the audience is much easier and even its easy for them to grab and understand it. Therefore, present it in form of a story, so, it also generates the interest of the audience and they are involved in the presentation.

4.) Have a strong starting and ending: Your starting should be very strong and must have all the important points. Starting catches the attention of the audience and if you have interesting things, then it grabs the interest of the listeners, till the end, making your job easy.

5.) Add humour and involve the audience: It is very important that there are stages in the presentation, where you have the involvement of the audience. This generates interest of the audience and they are kept motivated to become a part of the presentation.

Implementing all the above points with full confidence and thorough preparation, you can achieve success in your job and impress your bosses, thereby making way to your appraisals.
