People can pack their belongings in proper manner with some care and awareness. Some important guidelines are following by which anyone can pack their most of the household belongings in most safe and secure manner.
Make an inventory of items, start your stuffing with single room at a time to carryout in managed way. Choose small cartons for the heavier items and large size cartons for light weight items so they are easy to move and lift. Use good quality padding materials at the bottom of the boxes to avoid any kind of movement between items inside the box. Tape all the boxes with and mark them properly using good quality marker so that they can be easily identified and anyone can easily unpack them according to the needs.
First take small and fragile items. Use bubble wrappers or cotton clothes to cover them. Group all these items in vertical position in an appropriate size of carton and tape them. Put soft padding materials at the bottom. Don’t forget to mark them as “Fragile” because these belongings need special care during loading, unloading, transportation and even in unpacking as well.
Pack important papers, documents, files in a separate plastic bag and take special care of it. You can also group your credit and debit cards, ATM cards with these important papers. Don’t place this bag in moving van and shift it under self supervision to avoid unpleasant conditions. Pack all .the personal use things by self and place it where you can find easily even during transportation.
Dismantle your large belongings because small items are much easier to pack and move. Also properly number or mark them so that anyone can arrange it otherwise it will create great confusion and the person who dismantle it also may be troubled in arranging them.
At last pack all the daily use stuffs like kitchen items, important medicines, mobiles phone charges, bathroom toiletries, daily use clothes, etc and place them on goods transporter where your you can easily find them because they also needs first at your new residence.
