There are two types of exercise that a person should do when trying to lose that body fat. The first is high intensity cardio exercise, which is a short period of intense physical activity followed by a period of rest. This is repeated over and over again for twenty to thirty minutes. This is more effective than steady, low intensity cardio because it continues to burn fat for a few days after it is performed. Examples of exercises that might fall into this category are running, jump roping, and aerobic exercise.
Allocate a special diet. Your diet should be rich in proteins so that your weight training routine including your abs-workout routine gets the required fuel. Stay away from fatty and fried foods as they will only end up delaying or snatching away your 6 pack. Doing cardio exercise is just one part of the equation. You need to strengthen your abs so that they begin to appear. This will require you to do abdominal exercise about every second day. At the end of the routine your abs should be exhausted.
