• Secondly, travelers need to print out this letter and keep two passport photos ready with it. This letter is necessary in order to board the flight to Vietnam. At the airport in Vietnam, travelers are generally required to show the airport authorities this pre-approved letter with the photos, and they will be directed to a special counter, which is the “Landing Visa” counter, where they will ultimately receive their visa.
• Thirdly, at the counter, travelers need to pay the stamped fee for the visa. This fee can be paid in USD in cash.
