From the view of physiological, catharsis can eliminate the stresses which are lead by the frustration. At the same time, it can make the bad emotion mitigated. At the end, if you still cannot out of the setbacks, you can require the helps from the physiological consultation.
If a person wants to keep a good healthy frame of mind, he needs to have a perfect moral and optimistic attitude. The perfect mood is better than the medicine to cure the illness.
