This Long Count Mayan calendar has lasted for five thousand one hundred and twenty five years and the end of the calendar leads to large number of interpretations from people of different communities. The most popular belief finds echoes in the answer to the question when will world end? This calendar that is garnering much attention on the worldwide level states how world ends in 2012? It has been depicted by the calendar that the end of world cycle or human existence will come to a sudden end on December 21, 2012- the last date that features on the Mayan calendar.
