Vitamin C is required for healthy hair:

Citrus fruits like lemons or oranges are very rich resource of vitamin C which is required for healthy hair. Green peppers are also a rich source of vitamin C. You can take 1000mg to 3000mg dose of vitamin C per day.

Drink More Water:
