If you can control yourself well, and the person who have anything just so, in the right place in just the right way and the feeling out of control is the most stressful things that will ever happen to you. All you need to is to turn on CNN to know how out of the control world is.

You should know first that there are big things like war, terrorism, political gridlock. Yet, there also have the smaller things that you can not control such the bad weather to your son or your daughter. If you can control yourself well, and the person who have anything just so, in the right place in just the right way and the feeling out of control is the most stressful things that will ever happen to you.
You should the reality that life has not changes and never will: Stuff happens. You can not control much of it. What you can control is how you react to it and how much it will affect you physically.
1. Above all else, make clear what you can not control and what you can. Then you need to direct your energies to affecting the latter, and frankly accepting the former. It sound pretty easy, but you would be surprise at how many persons still consider the traffic, or their boss's mood or the weather are on the control. List all things in your life that you can not control, no matter how hard you had tried, and post it on your computer. Of course, you can show your concern on these things and try to affect their outcome. But it is essential that you handle your emotional well-being from these things you can not change.
2. When things feel out of control, you can clean a closet. It can work well. If you head that something happen to your relatives, you clean out your closet. It is the thing that I can control.
3. Start with a new hobby. Mastering a fresh skill, it can be as simple as learning to knit, can give you a sense of control to your life.
4. As there are bad things happen, sit down and write out what you might have done differently. The self-assessment is not to beat up on yourself; it is an opportunity to tell you that you can not control everything, but you can control you. What can I do that will make the situation work better? So, if you get a bad evaluation at your work, you are not supposed to it by balming your boss or blaming your bad luck. On the contrary, you have to be honest to yourself about what you could have done differently, arrived the company on time, met all your deadlines to have a good result. Knowing you role in the situation can help you realize that the world is quite a controllable place, in fact.
5. When things feel out of control, pick a stuff in your life to start that you can make a difference in. For example, begin a workout, write the things in your diary one day a week, and make your checkbook balanced.
