His work was with big orchestra. He played there for about 30 years. The good part is that from time to time he would play at home for me, and I really enjoyed it.Seeing my grandfather play gave me just one thought. It was so great and beautiful. The grace of the bow barely touching the strings really amazed me. I was thinking that no one will ever master this the same way he did. My parents hire a teacher after my grandfather happened not to have some free time to teach me. This teacher was nice once I have met her. But over time she became a nightmare to me. I really hated her lessons. I have tried really hard, but then the joy just faded away. She did not made the lessons fun and enjoyable. She hated the violin. I came to this conclusion after watching her day after day. Maybe all she needed was money. I have turned fourteen years old. By this time, violin really gave me shivers. I thought that there is nothing more romantic then this beautifull instrument.A decision was made. I tried to learn how to play violin all over again. This time I said NO to a teacher. We went with my parents to the bookstore and bought the latest book, which my granddad recommended. Did it work? Nope. Frustration came in no time. This time I had to understand everything my self. The book is just a book after all. Nor does it show how to play the violin. The concepts were beyond my brain. I couldn’t read the music. I had to give it up one more time. Sound familiar yet? I really believe this is true! I don't have the gift. I had to come up with this conclusion and just stop. It just felt impossible to learn how to play the violin. More time had past only for me to find that I was wrong. I had all but lack of hope of sounding anywhere near the way my granddad did on the violin. Obviously I was a person that was hard to teach any traditional way. Every time I tried I had failed. Just a while ago I have learned something really great. I have found a new easy way how to learn to play the violin. I have done a lot of research and searched hard. It took me quite a lot of time. However, once I got to this website I realized on important thing. This site was made for me. It felt really personal and I enjoyed it. I was free. No need for nasty teachers! This was a true freedom. Only few people with lots of money can get good expencive book. I am really glad that I did not have to read them and that I had better ways to learn the violin. I just found a way the worked for me. It was very easy to understand. By now, I have learned a lot from that website. I must admit that my violin skills are far from those of my grandfather, nevertheless, I am on my way there, and I see how I can reach my goal now. It is just amazing, how actually easy it is to learn how to play the violin, how to deliver this beautiful music. Even my friends enjoy me playing now. Don't let anything stop you.
