Raspberries are useful for nausea related to morning sickness. Add apple cider vinegar (two teaspoons) in water (8 oz) and drink this solution. This is good for nausea caused by mild food poisoning and morning sickness. Try drinking carbonated beverages such as soda. This will treat nausea related to stomach flu and morning sickness.
Mint is also one of the most effective home remedies for nausea. You can make a tea out of it and drink it in order to soothe nausea. Consuming half teaspoon of grounded cumin seed will give relief from nausea as well as vomiting. Non-carbonated syrups are also equally good in treating nausea. The carbohydrates in these syrups will help in cooling down the stomach.

Just boil one cup of water and add one teaspoon of this dried herb. Wait for ten minutes and then strain it.
Take aniseed (one teaspoon) and add it to boiling water (one cup). Strain out the seeds after ten minutes. Try eating banana as it will improve your metabolism. Inhaling the aroma of the orange and its peel is also a good option. It will help you relax. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol as it will make your condition worse. Consume sports drink, toast, pasta, rice, fruit juices, ice chips and potatoes. Do not consume dairy products and processed foods.
