Htc Explorer comes with a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, 600MHZ processor,3.0-MP camera,USb Tethering, HTC sense and FM Radio.

The HTC explorer is truly a wonderful phone with attractive looks and functions. Its compact size makes it attractive and its built is strong. The explorer comes with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and has a UI 3.5. it runs on Quad band GSM and is a dual band 3G mobile that also comprises of 600 MHz snapdragon S1 MSM7227A chipset, Cortex A5 CPU, 512 MB RAM and Adreno 200 GPU.

This light and compact HTC mobile comes with 3.2 inches of TFT capacitive touch screen of HVGA resolution and has a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. It displays 256 colors and is brilliant and clear. This small mobile measures 101.3 x 59.4 x 12.4 mm and the weight is 105 grams. it is made of plastic and has rounded edges to make storage easy. The attractive brushed metal plate enhances the look and is very sturdy that can take a few knocks easily. You can have your choice of colors from the ones available. Choose from the stunning Black or the Blue colors. It also comes with predictive text input, proximity sensor for auto turn-off and has a digital compass as well.

The images clicked are decent and gives you very nice pictures that can be stored and cherished. The videos are shot in VGA resolution of 640 x 480 and supports MP4 format. The mobile can take almost 19 frames per second. The video quality is decent and is great considering the price of the Explorer. The battery is a standard Li-ion 1230 mAh and gives a talk time of 7 hours and 40 minutes on 2G and 7 hours and 33 minutes on 3G. The stand by time available is 485 hours on 2G and around 445 hours on 3G.

The connectivity options provided on the HTC are Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, EDR and USB v2.0. Users will also get GPRS, EDGE, Infrared port, WLAN and Wi-fi. For the personal management you get the Google search, Gmail, YouTube, Organizer, Google maps, Ambient light sensor, and many more. The internal memory provided is 90 MB of storage and can be expandable up to 32 GB. It supports FM radio with RDS and comes with 3.5 mm audio jack that support Windows media audio 9.
