HP’s idea of support is, “Instant support on your PC” and “Keep your PC up to date automatically.”

This feature comes in handy:
1. It is pre-installed on Microsoft Window 7 PCs2
2. It is a part of HP Total Care service and support.
3. Find Support Assistance on your PC.
Some Reminders:

• Recommended updates are typically related to new software features or improvements.
• If you select the box labeled Check all updates, but install only important updates automatically, you will be notified of all HP updates (important or recommended) available for your computer; important updates will be installed automatically, but you will need to install the recommended updates manually.
• If you select the box labeled Check all updates but let me decide which ones to install, you will be notified of all HP updates (important or recommended) available for your computer, but you will need to install all updates manually.
