Video classes and online chats are also arranged so that it is easier for the students to interact with their professors. Most of the notes given to the students online are either in MS word or PDF format. Executive MBA programs are mainly one year courses. The eligibility criteria are also different. A student will only be eligible for an Executive MBA program when he has a certain amount of work experience. People who are working can also ask for assistance from the Human Resource Department of their respective organisations as regards the program fees. Infact there are companies which offer a certain amount of the course fee to the employee working there for a particular tenure. These conditions are generally mentioned in the appointment letter or the contract signed by an employee.
