When you think about it, it’s kind of strange that a social network as popular and as old as Facebook hasn’t come up with a more streamlined way for users to stipulate what content is shared with which friends. Sure, you can go into your privacy settings and manually indicate who you want to see your photos, status updates, info, etc., and if you want to share something with just a few people you can send them a message, but these both take time and effort on the part of the user. Yeah, maybe it

Yeah, maybe it’s not that much time or effort, but for some convenience is king. Using Google+, Google’s new social networking feature, you can create ‘circles’ of friends that are entirely separate from one another, so the party photos or event invitations sent to one group won’t be seen by another.
Particularly in light of recent social media scandals, and the fact that employers are becoming just as social media-savvy as job candidates are, the ability to keep the people who belong in different spheres of your life (literally) separate is, in my opinion, an incredibly valuable social media feature. Google+ also integrates Google TV and something called Hangouts, which is essentially video chatting that can be done in groups.
While Facebook’s mainstays (photos, events, games) are still a huge draw, Google+ has some pretty competitive features, and it looks like it’ll be incorporating some of those, as well. It’s still in field trials and not available to the public yet. In Google’s ever-evolving quest to provide Internet users with just about everything, they’ve created a platform that incorporates social, search, and its many organizational/productivity features; the boundaries between work and play can be drawn clearly by the user, but the same tools are now available for both. It looks like Google will also use the service to help promote its lesser-known products.
The Google +1 Button currently just acts as a suggestion to your network of friends. It sort of acts like a big highlighter and says, "hey, I visited this site and I like it - you should forget about all of the other search results and check this site out as well." This specific button has not yet impacted the rankings on search results, but I promise that it will! It would be in your best interest if you already do your Marketing with Google to hop on board right away while it is still pretty much in pre-launch. Social with Google is an important aspect of Michigan SEO techniques.
This is the action you should take right now, create a Gmail account; set-up your Google Buzz account within your Gmail account; start to +1 all of your sites and sites that you feel would be valuable as an association (this one maybe? lol). You also want to build your connections on Google Buzz so that others can check out your +1's. Google Buzz is similar to the social site, Twitter. It doesn't seem as functional...yet. However, it would be a good idea to combine and use Google services as well so that you can soak up the benefits, especially if you want to Market using Google for Free.
