GOOD AND PROPER WAY TO FOR REDUCE FATTY THIGHS:

We want long term results. If we achieve long term results, our bodies will get used to function properly. Our health will be more stable and our quality of life will be a lot better. To lose thigh fat the safe way, we need to make sure we eat right and we exercise accordingly to our age and weight.
1) EAT LOW FATTY FOOD: Like eat less oily food, no sweets, No fried Stuff and No Junk Food(Puffs, chips, Pizza, Burger). Eat small meals 6 or 7 times a day instead of 3 bigger meals.

2) WORKOUT: The only way to reduce Fat is through Exercise, Walking, cycling and Running. So doing a Combination of both walking and cycling will help a lot to reduce the fatty thighs. Do that in the morning times, because it will help to burn more fat. Walking and running also increases Metabolism which help in burning the fat even after you stop doing exercise.

3) HOW LONG TO CONTINUE: You should have dedication and self control to do all this, If u cannot stop eating Fat food, there is no way to reduce weight. If you can’t workout you will keep on increase the weight. You should continue this until you find the expected results on the weight machine..
4)DRINK GOOD AMOUNT OF WATER: When you feel thirsty you should drink water. You know that you should be drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day When you need to lose fat in a hard-to-lose spot like the thighs you’ll want your at maximum capacity.

FACTS ABOUT THIGHS
The heart disease risk is more than double for men and women who have a thigh circumference of less than 55 cm. The protection against heart disease is most for those with thighs between 55 and 60 cm. However, for people with thighs more than 60 cm in circumference, the protection reduces. Put a measuring tape around your thighs to know its circumference.
The thigh circumference is, therefore, as important as the waist to hip ratio. Carrying fat on the hips and thighs, rather than around the waist protects against diabetes and heart disease.
EXERCISE FOR FAT THIGHS
1. Lay on your back on a floor with your hands behind your head. Put your feet on a or chair such that upper legs make a rectangle. Lift your upper back off of the ground and contract your abdominal part.
2. Lay on your back on a flat surface on a floor mat with your hands on sides of your back. Move your legs as if you are cycling. Do it for 5 minutes daily.
