To improve upon our work feedback by the customers is needed, feedback forms are the effective tools to help us on this as we know that customers are really important for the company, and to know what they feel about our product, we need to get response from them, for this purpose we need a form to get a general picture what our customers think about our company and product. These forms are a strong backbone for a company which guides the organization towards success. By the help of these forms we can improve and also develop new products as per the needs of our customers.
Types of Feedback Forms
The main types of feedback forms are mentioned below:
Paper Feedback forms: These are conventional type of feedback forms which are provide to the user with the product or mailed to their addresses, the customers are asked to fill the forms and return it back to the company.
HTML Feedback form or Online Feedback Form: these are the forms which are attached to the company’s website, when a customer visits the website he is prompted to fill the feedback form, customer fill the information required and submit it online only. These pages are stored on company’s server and are presented before the officials regularly. But there are some precautions to be taken when seeking information through these forms, these precaution are
The format of the form should be easily understandable by the user.
It should not be very difficult or congested.
It also should not be very lengthy.
Significance
The significance of these forms cannot be ruled out by anyone, if a company ignores the importance of feedback forms it will never be able to flourish properly. The companies who tend not to use these forms will never be able to match the success of those who are religiously following the trend to use these form to improve their performance. We know that the information provided by these forms are crucial for our company because with the use of these we are in direct contact with our customers and we cannot stand in the market if we don’t respect the ideas of our customers.
