Ever wonder why the gods of nature are unfair for not gifting you with an exceptional figure? You think – breast enlargement
There are two types of procedure of breast enlargement or breast augmentation, the surgical and the non-surgical mammoplasty. Both procedures correct and enlarge the size, shape, and overall feel of any female’s breasts.
Breast Enlargement through surgical approach features orbital augmentation utilizing prosthetic implants or corrections done on skin flaps transplants and breast contour fat tissue grafting. These approaches of breast enlargement correct post–mastectomy defects, in procedural breast reconstruction, congenital chest walls deformity, and enhance the aesthetic features of the bust.
Surgical breast enlargement procedure uses the tissue expander, a non-permanent implant to prepare the recipient site during a breast reconstruction procedure. Non-implant breast enlargement procedure uses fat-graft injection wherein a pre-procedural external tissue expansion is approached and may utilize either externally induced vacuum-type devices, to expand the targeted tissues, or oral medication.
There are three types of breast implant devices used for breast enlargement and breast reconstruction: the saline implants with sterilized saline solution, the silicone implants with viscous silicone gel and alternative-composition implants filled with soy oil, polypropylene and other procedures, details of which are not worth discussing anymore because the practices have been banned.
Poly Implant Prosthesis, the first manufacturer of pre-filled silicone-gel breast implants in France, did not succeed as far as sustainability on breast enlargement market reception is concerned because the procedure leaves a big ugly scar that no recipient would like to bear with.
To date, modern models of saline breast-implants for breast enlargement are produced with thicker, room-temperature vulcanized shells with a silicone elastomer. During the breast enlargement surgery, the empty implant is induced with saline solution after being placed in the implant pocket. The scar will be barely visible because the implant is empty during insertion.
In the 1990s, saline breast implant is the more popular type of breast prosthesis. However, despite positive ratings by recipients, silicone gel implants became the most preferred procedure these days. Saline breast implants can most likely cause problems like ripples and wrinkles which may be visible and not so good to the touch. For women having thin breast tissue and patients for post-mastectomy reconstruction, silicone gel implant is the best medical device for breast enlargement as well as breast reconstruction. Women with dense breast tissue are advised to undergo a sub muscular placement technique using saline breast implants.
