FINAL THREE PUSH : What Every Mary Kay Director Should Know For Count Down To Seminar Success

Wouldn't it be better to have your Unit members selling ($1,800 - Sapphire Star Consultant, 2,400 - Ruby Star Consultant, 3,000- Diamond Star, 3,600- Emerald Star, 4,800-Pearl Star) worth of products, rather than having them buying product in order to make a star consultant?
Are you on Target for the pink Cadillac, Circle Of Acheivement, Circle of Excellence

Or are you a "a hit and miss director?"

Wouldn't it be better to have your Unit members selling ($1,800 - Sapphire Star Consultant, 2,400 - Ruby Star Consultant, 3,000- Diamond Star, 3,600- Emerald Star, 4,800-Pearl Star) worth of products, rather than having them buying product in order to make a star consultant?

Have you heard this phrase more than you care to remember?

- "It doesn't have to be pretty, you just have to get the job done!,

- by any means necessary?

- "It's better to ask for forgiveness not for permission?"

When all is said and done, how did you feel?

- How would you like a blue print that will get you into the pink Cadillac, circle of achievement, top director trip and put you on the road to national director?

- How does finally bringing an end to sleepless nights and scary end of the month panic attacks worrying about making production sound to you?

- How would you like to bring and end to the "hit and miss director" nightmare and be assured of consistent sales?

- Wouldn't it be nice not to have to call consultants who do not respond or are screening their calls?

- How awesome would it be to be a NSD and never have to worry about the two year re- qualifications process to get your car?

- Imagine bringing your headaches to an end, and finally figuring out how to turn your unit around by working with self motivated and determined entrepreneurs and not a bunch of dead beat whiners.

- "Oh No! Here she comes again. " Wouldn't it be nice to be become the hunted not the huntress? The celebrated not the tolerated?

- Imagine consultants and hungry prospects calling you, chasing after you, credit card in hand, ready & eager to do business with you.

- How would you like to have a SOLID CUSTOMER BASE, who are raving fans and are happy to spend with you consistently

- Do you feel like your business is more like a revolving door? It's really difficult to fill a bathtub with the drain open isn't it. Wouldn't it be nice to know that you will not be abandoned?

I once got a call from a lady in Florida, at the end of her rope. She was in dire straits. Her marriage was almost destroyed by the $25,000 debt tab she had racked up as a consultant in skin care company {ABC}. She had been forced to go back to work and had just got back home that night from the car dealership where she had traded in her new Toyota Camry for a older, beater car because they could no longer afford the payments. Her husband who was also retired had been forced as well to get a part time job. You see what she had done was put her inventory onto a credit card and climbed up the ladder pretty quickly, but at the end of each month, because she had no central core volume to support her, she had to keep buying inventory to account for product volume!

You see, you just can't buy business opportunities like you buy a pair of shoes!

The faster you try to solve a problem with money, the less likely it is the best solution. Anyone can buy his or her way out of a problem with enough money. The challenge is to out-think, rather than to outspend, the competition ~ Mark Sanborn

There is no magic blue pill to take that will instantly make you wealthy overnight [ok well there is a magic blue pill but that isn't for you]! And the path to success has no shortcuts. Hard work, determination and skill development are the only way you will achieve lasting success. Anything else is just a quick fix for an emotional high.

Now for the reality check:

Buying your way to a position in your company is cheating. Cheating is cheating! Not just from an ethical standpoint, but cheating yourself from all the lessons you learn on your way to the top. And in the long run, it costs you and other mary kay consultants much more than you gain. Do you think companies don't factor that into the compensation plans? Come on, you really didn't think you were that smart did you?

I cannot tell you just how many high up team leaders, and of the many mary kay success stories I encounter who are in a constant panic because they are not sure that they are going to meet that monthly quota that guarantees that hefty paycheck. And I know hundreds more that went bankrupt because they couldn't keep up with the monthly cost of keeping their position and bonuses.
