Highlight - This is the lightest of the three and is applied to the browbone and extends a little past the outer end of the eyebrow. This usually gives a pearly finish. Finally, if you have a ton of eye shadow on you're going to want to keep the lipstick simple. Conversely, if you want more dramatic lips then it would be wise to keep the eyes relatively color free.
