A recent study showed that the most common reasons for bad eyesight are incurred naturally and can be cured naturally. The Bates theory of the cause of blurred eyesight (like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism) indicates that chronically tense muscles external to the eye cause the eye to become distorted from its naturally spherical shape.

After You have pressed for about 10 seconds at each point around the eye then simply rub each area that you pressed for about 5 seconds. With eye problems becoming a major concern for a large part of the population it is definitely advisable to take proper care of your eyes and while subscribing and following any eye exercise course you should ensure that it is based on proper scientific study and has been endorsed by doctors and industry experts.

There is a simple rule that you should implement. It's referred to as the 10-10-10 rule and recommends that every ten minutes, stare at an object at least 10 feet away for about 10 minutes. Thumb rotations - this exercise is performed one eye at a time. First, cover you left eye with your left hand. Hold your right thumb up directly in front of you, with your arm straight. With your right eye focused on your right thumb, move your right hand in a pattern to make any variety of shapes. Sit in front of a bright light or relax outdoors on a sunny day. Gently close your eyelids and become aware of the brightness and warmth of the light. Let your eyes enjoy the brightness and soothing warmth.
