No organization can be ran just by a single person, it needs a good man force or work force to deliver something which can earn it turn over as well as reputation in market.
Executive search is a very popular and advance firm. It is a field in which search consultant can earn lot of money. There are three very important part of any office. This includes business part where most of the dealing are made and broken, recruiting part and the last but not the least research part. In research part, you can research about any specific product. Usually people with business part can earn more money than research part. People in research part are only able to earn very less amount of money as compared to the business part.

In this profession, people are usually paid for launching any search process. Two types of models are present in executive search firms. These are retained search and contingency search. In retained type of search, a retainer is paid about one third of the fee. Other two parts of fee are paid after thirty and sixty days of launch. These firms can also pay full fee at one time or before the work start, but the hired person is legally bound to complete the search process and its launch even after getting the full fee. In contingency search process, all the fee to the hired person is paid after all the work is done and implemented. In the contingency search, a hired person has more advantages. Firm can pay the personal dues of an employee also in case of contingency search model.

There are many search consultancies firms working actively. These firms have the main function of searching and finding out the eligible person for a particular type of job. Often a person is happy with the job and he does not pay any attention toward changing the job. It is a function of executive search firms to find out that person and persuade him for a particular vacancy in another firm. A client or a company who is searching for the employee usually pays the consultant company. Consultant Company is selected after passing through the long process of selection. Due to high competition in the market among the executive search firms, the selection process is difficult and competitive. Executive search firms searches the potential candidate or person, educate and train him about that particular job and guide him through all sections. After all these process, the qualified candidate by executive search firm is able to give interview to the client company. Client Company contacts the search firm to save their time and efforts.
