Examining Why You Should Choose PAR20 LED Bulbs

The world as we know it is changing. Almost everyone is going green. In fact it is safe to say that green is the new black. Do not get left behind in our quest to conserve the environment. One of the easiest ways of being eco-friendly is to use energy saving lighting such as the PAR20 LED bulbs.

In today's ever changing environment the need to preserve nature has recently come to the forefront. Conservation efforts have been stepped up the world over with a lot of emphasis on energy saving. This has of course led to questions on how lighting can be made more efficient. The simple answer is PAR20 LED bulbs.

There can be no doubt that anything that lowers escalating utility bills is very much welcome.

With an average lifespan of fifty thousand hours they are long lasting to boot. Like any other product it is best to stick to established brands as counterfeits are rife and have a shorter lifespan than original products.

Apart from dimming in intensity over time these bulbs also hit optimal intensity in a couple of microseconds and do not take time to hit optimal intensity. There is no question of warming up before finally hitting the stipulated wattage. This is all achieved with the flip of a switch. This is regardless of temperature making them ideal for outdoor lighting applications such as security lights.

Their reduced heat generation feature also allows for less wastage of energy especially in high intensity applications such as studio lighting or floodlights. Therefore they are quite comfortable to use in outdoor applications but especially indoors during relatively warm weather where conventional bulbs emit a lot of heat making it uncomfortable and in some instances unbearable.

These bulbs fit into existing light sockets making it easy to make the transition from conventional to PAR20 LED bulbs for instance. They are also available in different angles and wattage.

These bulbs do not emit ultraviolet light making them very safe for both domestic and commercial applications. Their lack of toxicity is due to the fact that unlike conventional bulbs these do not contain any mercury. Most of these bulbs are also vibration resistant since they are solid state components do not have a filament that is susceptible to damage from continuous exposure to vibration.

They take quite well to dimming but depending on manufacturers they may be non-dimming and they also come in different colors and or different shades of white. As energy saving component in a bid to go green these bulbs are the ultimate lighting alternatives.

AS far as specifications are concerned the quantity of the order might allow for leeway in specifications such as screw base length, angles wattage etc. The PAR20 LED bulbs are truly a breakthrough in lighting technology.
