Based in the Uk- they have over 80 years experience in the precision machining of acrylic and other plastics. Carville produce all of our machined plastic parts at our manufacturing facility in Dorking, Surrey. Carville has extensive experience in acrylic and plastic fabrication. We produce large complex engineering components by thermoforming plastic sheet materials and fabricating those using suitable cements and bonding techniques.

Carville has been providing contract manufacturing services for over 80 years, and we deliver to customers throughout Europe, Asia and America. Carville scheduled air supply agreements with a number of our larger clients. Huge acrylic structures measuring up to 2000mm x 2000mm have been made. The integrity of the cemented joints on these structures have been verified by hydraulic testing. These tests have allowed Carville to set precise controlled fabricating processes.

Typical Applications Include:Large Scale Maps and Planning Boards, Transparent and opaque Machine Guards, Architectural Structures, Vacuum Chambers, Hyberbaric Chamber, Chromatography Columns and Fish Tanks and Aquariums

Carville's production facility is located to the south of London Dorking in Surrey. The facility is supported by good road (M25) and rail links. London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports are a short drive from the facility. Carville’s business focus is to provide our customers with a high level of service and to produce custom plastic parts that will perform well in the end applications.

The Carville manufacturing business was founded in 1928 and Carville started to produce both machined and fabricated acrylic parts and assemblies in the 1930’s. Carville’s earlier manufacturing services were focused on the automotive and aerospace industries.

Carville’s focus is to provide our customers with a high level of service and to produce custom plastic parts that will perform well in the end applications. These services can include project management, product development, prototyping and full production volume manufacturing. Carville are a business to business service provider.
