SignHere™ is software used to capture a signature and apply it to all of the required forms. Created by RJS Software, SignHere™ was invented to reduce the amount of signatures needed on forms. With this software, the customer signs their name, on a signature capture pad, and their signature is distributed to all the related forms.

Consider the forms must be signed in order to receive a delivery. The process contains a signature needed on each bill of ladings or invoices. The customer must sign an invoice for the delivery company, warehouse, and corporate headquarters. After each invoice is signed, it is then manually disbursed to each department. This process wastes paper, time, and money.

Each time a company uses an electronic signature form, the signatures will be automatically dispersed to the required forms. The delivery driver has a signature capture pad that contains all of the information of the customer. The customer will sign the pad, as they receive their shipment, and the delivery driver will have the ability to upload the Electronic Signature forms into the company's database. Each form will then contain a digital signature and the forms are electronically forwarded to all of the required departments. In some cases, the customer's signature can be uploaded in real-time with the use of a cellular modem or Wi-Fi.

Using SignHere™ aids the company in implements a paperless office. It reduces the printing costs associated with multiple business documents and speeds up productivity. SignHere™ applies signatures to forms generated with IBM i spool files, Windows applications, Linux, and ERP systems. It also saves merged documents such as TIFF and PDF files.
