Effects of Lights on Your Mood

There are many leuchten of such wavelength which are not visible to the naked eye but still affect us. It includes infrared and ultraviolet. The healthy development of animals and plants depends on the mixture of all the colors in specific proportions to create sunlight.
The level of lights in a person's living environment affects the ways she feels and thinks. Lighting plays an important role in a person day to day life and always tries to look ahead in a positive and constructive manner. This mental outlook of the human being contributes a lot having a sense of physical well-being. If a living space is having too poor light, the occupant can experience a negative view of the world around her which is accompanied by physical discomfort. Light plays an important role in how people perceive and see the world around them.

Effects on Emotions

Different colors of light affect our mood in different way. Blue light creates very soothing affect on our mood, while red encourages offers a feeling of passion and excitement. In order to elicit a pleasurable emotional in modern night clubs, the settings of the visual environment of the clubs are created by different colors.

Natural and Artificial Light

The natural light of the sun is created by blending a spectrum of colors which ranges from red to violet. Each of these colors is of a different wavelength and you can easily watch them by shining light through a prism. Leuchten and Perception

As a person enters and looks out at the world, light enters his eyes and stimulates a group of sensitive cells at the back of the eyeballs. These cells form the retina in an eye. The retina of our eye converts light into electrical signals which are then sent to the brain through the optic nerve. This system of eye sight is connected with the nervous system of the human being, thus affecting moods and feelings of well-being as an individual scans the environment around him.

Artificial light from different fixtures and bulbs produces an illumination which may be imbalance in color reproductions. For example, a yellowish-orange light is produced by incandescent light, while fluorescent bulbs tend to create a blend of yellow and green light.
