Every parent wants their children to be in a health lifestyle. But you want to make your kids healthy, you should firstly let yourself healthy. The studies show that the strongest predicator of kid obesity is the family environment. Long seated parents are more likely to be fat.
The following advices are seemed so simple that they are considered exercise. But you should remember: You and your kids will burn much more calories than sitting, walking than standing. 1. Do a treasure hunt. It is great way to get your family fit. At same time you can teach your kids about teamwork and problem solving. Stay together to study the terrain features, find the map clues and look for the secret treasure. Does it seemed complex? Then just go to find the animals or the flowers. 4. Spend an hour doing the yard work. Pulling weeds and sweep the leaves will help the children to build the strength. What is more, you will find the chore does not seem to be long and boring with the help of the children. You can make the yard work more funny if you try to explore. For example, when you finish raking leaves, you can jump in them.
5. Wash the car with your children. The scrubbing is great activity. But you will all get wet and soapy is the good fun for the children.
6. Give your child a head start. You do 10 crunches, your children do 5. See who can finish them first.
