WHAT IS A MOLE A mole is a black or brownish dot on a skin and it may be red or pink in some cause. The mole is usually round or oval in shape and it can be small or large. The medical terms of a skin mole is referred as a nevus. Some mole has hair on it.

CAUSES OF MOLE
Melanin is skin pigment is present in cells called as Melanocytes and these cells are present in the upper layer of the skin that is epidermis and it is also present in the second layer of the skin that is dermis. From melanocytes cells melanin comes on the surface of the skin and then it gets evenly distributed on the skin. But in some cases when melanocytes cells come together in bunch then they are responsible for causing moles
PREVENTION FOR MOLE
Moles are mainly caused environmental factors such as exposure to ultraviolet radiation either from the sun or tanning salon. Thus, the best way to prevent the growth of moles is to protect yourself from the sun. The best way to catch potential problems at an early stage is to become familiar with the location and pattern of your moles
DANGEROUS MOLE
Some causes mole is very danger like
o Painful
o Scaly
o Crusty
o Oozing
o inflammation
o Bleeding
o Suddenly different in size, shape, color or elevation
In such causes, you must go to doctor.

TREATMENT FOR MOLES
The moles are taken by a doctor, if it is dangerous.
The doctor will take the sample from the moles and check it if it is cancerous. If it is cancerous then the doctor will have to remove the moles with the help of surgical procedure. Usually a mole that has been removed won't reappear. If it does, see your doctor promptly.
Actually treatment is not necessary for every mole. Only if it is dangerous you can take a treatment.
Shave excision:
In this method, your doctor numbs the area around a mole and then uses a small blade to cut around and beneath the mole. This technique is often used for smaller moles and doesn't require sutures.
Excisional surgery:
In this method, your doctor cuts out the mole and a surrounding margin of healthy skin with a scalpel or a sharp punch device. Sutures are used to close the skin.
Laser treatment:
Laser light beam is used to heat cells or tissue with the intent of manipulating or bursting them. The light beam is absorbed by the pigment of the mole, which is then broken up and absorbed by the body during the healing process.
